Answered Prayers!!

So for the last 7 months or so, as Tarzan has been finishing up school, he has been applying for careers and we haven't gotten any bites. Then a month and a half or so ago he applied for a company and got a phone interview. Then they flew him out to interview him in person and paid for a night in a hotel (fancy!). And then another company flew him out to their location for a free hotel stay and 8 hour long interview where he had to give an hour long presentation. And then, he applied for another company and they also wanted to fly him out to interview! We were pretty stoked!

He hadn't gotten any offers yet, but these three companies were showing great interest. And then....*drumroll!* the first company gave him an offer! It wasn't a great job, but it was something that would give him engineering experience and make it so we weren't jobless or starving. And then yesterday, about 6:00 pm he got a call from the 2nd company with another job offer!! Ah! I admit....I screamed. And then...oh, yes, half hour later the 3rd company (the one we wanted a job from the most) called and offered him a job, too!! I screamed some more. In fact...I screamed so much that I had a sore throat today. :) But...our neighbors didn't hear us (they came over for games and we asked) so we figure it was okay. Bug was a little confused but quickly caught our excitement although she didn't know why.

So, that's three job offers!! GO TARZAN!! You are amazing!! We are pretty sure we are going to take the 3rd company's offer and move our family to Nevada (ug desert), but we are still waiting for all the details on job offer #2.

We are so grateful to our Heavenly Father for blessing us! We were really getting nervous about how we would financially survive after he graduated (he graduates May 6) but now we have 3 amazing offers to choose from. In doing the math, we might even be able to buy a house when we move down to Nevada because the market kind of crashed and the math is working out. :) Exciting, eh? We aren't sure if we are going to or not, there is a lot to discuss, but it's exciting that we could!

Oh! And Gnat (thanks to Celeste for that nickname for our youngest girl) is a chunk! Well...sort of! :) She is in the 50th percentile for height, weight, and head circumference. Bug was always in the 3 or 4th percentile so it's kinda fun to have a normal sized baby. :) We'll see how long that lasts though...with Tarzan and mine's height genetics, we're pretty sure she'll shrimp out soon.
